Monowire S is the stationary monowire of ION. It is secured with a concrete foundation and is used to dress blocks. It provides higher cutting speed and more accuracy compared to its rival monowires. A typical excavator swing gear is used in the making of the block trolley so it can carry and rotate heavy blocks 90 degrees for cutting without being flexed.
